While riveting the outbaord bottom skin, the mast was checked one last time for fit and clecoed in place and riveted.
After the bottom skin was completed, I inserted the plastic pitot/AOA tubing into the proper fittings, connected the electrical and placed back into the mast. Four stainless screws hold it all together.
I'll check the operation of the pitot tube heating element this evening.
I had to mask off the wing and pitot and touch up a bit of primer scuffs on the mast. I will also add a fine line of RTV on the mast/skin joint.
